By downloading or using Affirmworm (“the App”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.


1. Use of the App

Affirmworm provides a platform for users to create and store personal affirmations. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Local Data Storage & Responsibility

  • On-Device Storage: You acknowledge that all data, affirmations, and inputs are stored locally on your device. Affirmworm does not back up your data to any external servers.

  • Data Loss: Because we do not collect or store your data, we cannot recover any information if the App is deleted, your device is lost/damaged, or if you perform a factory reset. You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups via iCloud or other personal methods.


3. Content Standards

You are responsible for the content you type into the App. While we do not monitor your data (as we have no access to it), you agree not to use the App for any illegal purposes or to store content that violates any local laws.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Our Property: The App’s design, code, logo (including the "hypnotizing worm" visuals), and interface are the intellectual property of Affirmworm.

  • Your Property: You retain full ownership of the text and affirmations you create within the App.


5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "As Is." We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or that your data will be 100% secure from device-level hardware failures. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Affirmworm and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to the loss of data or emotional distress resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
